Shipping policy


Excluding launch days, all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Once dispatched your order should arrive within the approximate timescales:

United Kingdom:
RM Standard (2-3 business days) - £3.99
RM Express (next business day) - £6.99

International Standard (5-7 business days) - $15
DHL Express (1-3 business days) - $30

DHL Express (1-3 business days) - $40 CAD

Australia & New Zealand:

Note that about:blank is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of the EU.
International standard shipping can only be offered on items weighing up to 2KG.

Split orders / Orders on Hold
If your order is split, due to a pre-order or lack of stock. Your order will be held until you, the customer, decide whether to wait for the full order or speaks to customer:services about refunding the delayed product. 

Only UK customers are exempt from split orders.  

Duties & Taxes / Import Charges

All orders to European Member States are sent on a DDP service (Delivered Duties Paid)
Orders that total over €150 may incur additional duties which are charged at checkout, the price you pay at checkout is final.

Any orders outside of the EU that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund. Orders to the US over $800 USD may be subject to US Customs, these are not covered by about:blank


Items purchased on are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Any items purchased between black:friday and the Christmas period have extended returns until January 5th, 2024.

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.



Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different colour or style, or if the product page states the product is low in stock, please register your return request for a refund, and simply purchase the new piece(s) separately at



All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to about:blank within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. In case we have not received written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.

A pre-paid returns label will be included in all UK orders. This means that if you want to return the product, you simply ship it back to us with that label, and then a flat fee of £4 GBP will be taken off your refund.

However, If you'd like to exchange this product for a different size or a different item entirely, the fee will be waived.
