the first drop of 2025 is here

We’re back, and we’re raring to go. We’ve used this time to travel the world and get inspired, and secondly, refocus and realign for our 2025 product drops.
We learnt so many invaluable lessons in 2024 - lessons you can’t learn unless you go through growth as we have in the last three years. From products to shoots and everything in between, everything we learnt in 2024 has been put to good use to make 2025 our biggest and best year yet.
drop:one of 2025 focuses on delivering your most wanted products - from new hats to new knitwear. Take a read below to see what’s dropping Thursday 6th February at 4pm GMT for a:b | members - and remember, the only way to become a member is to sign up.
We’ve been teasing new headwear since September last year. We’ve spent that time iterating and evolving to make the best hats.
We’re not going to lie - the hats we made in 2023 and 2024 just didn’t hit where they should have when we delivered them to you. There was an element of DIY needed to shape them into the blocks we designed and used for the shoots, and we admit some of the manufacturing could have been better.
For these new hats, we onboarded a new supplier. We worked with them over twelve months to design hats that deliver our brand values, ensuring vastly improved quality and working into our custom silhouette.
That commitment to continually reinvesting in quality is something that will carry us through into the future.
In terms of shape, we’ve created a bespoke silhouette with a visor-style wide brim, short peak and back fastener for adjustment. We’ve always found it hard to find a shape that works for us, so creating something from scratch felt like the right step forward.
These hats drop in four different colourways next week and use our new Monogram in a 3D embroidery detail. We’re really proud of them.
In 2024 we launched our most detailed and comprehensive pack of knitwear we’d done to date. That knitwear became our second biggest category last year was no surprise to us as we knew the pieces we’d launched delivered.
For drop:one of 2025, we’re restocking our bestselling mohair knitted logo crewneck and introducing three new colourways for spring - blue, mint and ecru.
These are on our cropped and boxy crew neck block, featuring contrast logos on the back and exaggerated cuffs.
Sitting alongside these, we have our new cardigans launching in the same mohair and wool blend as these crew necks. Cardigans were a massive part of our business last year, and we’re excited to launch the next generation of these with improved materials and a revised cropped silhouette.
They feature the same intarsia brand detailing on the back as our crew necks and two front pockets. We’re dropping these on February 6th in both black and grey.
Finally, as part of this knitwear drop we have a restock of our ombré knits in grey and ecru and a new mint colourway.
These knits sold out on drop day last year when we launched them, so we’re excited to be restocking them.
These come in our signature cropped and boxy fit and remain oversized. If you’re looking for something to fit a little closer to your body we’d recommend sizing down.
