a look behind the scenes at our design process for drop:three
We’re deep into spring:summer '25 now, and it’s time to roll out some of our more seasonal fits. drop:three is all about layering - but not just stacking pieces on top of each other. It’s about balance. Intricate details meet our signature minimalism, building a spring wardrobe that’s lightweight, versatile, and, most importantly, just looks sick when you put it all together.
For this drop, we’re pushing things forward. New denim, refined knitwear, upgraded shirting, outerwear that does more with less, and tailored pieces that hit just right.
The third drop of our spring:summer '25 collection lands on Thursday, March 27th at 4PM GMT for a:b | members.
The only way to get early access is by signing up.

Denim has been a core pillar for us since inception, and we’re making sure it stays that way. For SS25, we’ve brought in a specialist denim supplier in Turkey - experts in their craft who’ve helped us rebuild our denim from the ground up.
This means better fabric, sharper finishes, and consistent refinements based on what you’ve told us.
For drop:three, we’re bringing back two key fits in a new 14oz denim: the washed wide-leg denim in black and a new light wash, alongside the relaxed denim in ecru and black we launched last year.
The wide-leg denim keeps things loose and unstructured and features a signature sandblasting process, giving every pair a one-of-one worn-in, vintage feel. No two pairs are the same.
The relaxed denim dials things in a little with a straighter leg, structured shape that feels effortless but considered.
Both styles feature an all-new branding element - a feature leather jacron tab above the back pocket, plus a new monogram detail on the front coin pocket.
No over-the-top branding, just clean, perfectly executed denim at a price that makes sense. Combined with the considerably refined material.
Acne who?

Knitwear has quietly become one of our biggest categories. It just works - every time. This season, we’re introducing the bobble knit zip-up funnel in a new orchid colour and our signature ecru.
It's structured enough to replace a jacket but light enough to be layered under one when the weather switches up.
The bobble knits feature a 3D embroidered logo on the back and is made of a structured honeycomb wool blend and, of course, features a double zip.
We’re also bringing back the cut-off hoodie in navy and grey marl. When we dropped the first cut-off hoodie last year, it got lost in the madness of a massive drop. Every time we wore it, someone would hit us with, “When did that drop?” So, we’re running it back - with everyones favourite monogram detailing.
This is the kind of branding we want to push - subtle but recognisably a:b, integrated into the product instead of stamped on as an afterthought. This hoodie is relaxed and detailed, and of course built onto our signature cropped and boxy hoodie block.

The first tees of the year are here and we couldn't be happier with them.
As some of you already know, we moved production to our new Solar Powered factory in Turkey, which handles our core collection. That means refined fits, upgraded quality, and no compromises on weight - still that heavyweight 340 GSM cotton you know and love. No cutting corners for margin here lad.
The emblem tee, available in oat and navy, features a new print and chain-stitch detail. If you were into our chain-stitch tees from a few seasons back, this is a next-level version with improved execution and our monogram introduced to the block. It contrasts well against our screenprinted logo on the back.
We will also be launching the Garçon tees in two colourways - but not quite yet. Consider this your first teaser.
These are our first venture into washed effects and take the shape of a vintage wash in epsom green and black. We’ve been playing (and sampling) this print and this wash for what feels like forever.
Not long to go - we promise.

Alongside this, Oxford script shirts are back, this time in blue/white, white/blue, and beige/white. These aren’t just re-releases. We took the feedback and rebuilt them - crisper material, a sharper fit, and improved durability so they wear in, not out. The branding stays clean, woven into the fabric in red above the pocket.
These are on our cropped and boxy shirt block.
Outerwear is what we do best, and drop:three is no exception. We’re bringing back one of our biggest hits - the utility jacket in black and green. First launched in 2023, this one’s been through multiple refinements, and now it’s back in its purest form. Structured, workwear-inspired, but still contemporary, it’s made from a softer, less technical fabric with silk lining for comfort.

Then there’s the Vitra Jacket in stone and black. This one’s for those who want something clean but packed with subtle detailing - self-piping on the front seams, a printed logo on the back, and a mesh lining for that extra bit of breathability.
On the tailored side, we’re delivering the everyday pinstripe trouser in grey/white - structured but relaxed, an ideal middle ground between classic tailoring and contemporary fit. The pleated trousers return, giving you our signature tailored legwear with a sharper, more refined fit. Every season, we make tiny adjustments that improve the overall silhouette, and drop:three is no different.
Of note, we offer a world-first tailoring programme alongside our legwear. You can take your trousers to a tailor and have them tailored to your specific leg length, on us.

This refines what we do best - layered, textural pieces that work together but stand alone just as well. Every piece in this collection has been sampled, tested, worn, and refined to ensure we’d actually wear it ourselves. Nothing leaves the studio unless it’s 100% right.
Oh, and before we wrap this up - we just signed for our next pop-up in Hackney, London on April 12th and 13th. More details soon, but just know - we’ve got some exclusive pieces dropping there first.
